Welcome to IDEAL [Interactive Distance Education for All Learners] Bowling Green State University's Office of Distance Education. IDEAL was established to promote distance education and assist faculty and staff with the development and design of web-based and web-centric credit and noncredit courses for BGSU.

OLN Teaching and Learning Expo 2008

May 19, 2008 Columbus, OH

Terence Arementano, Assistant Director of IDEAL has been invited to do a break out session at the OLN Teaching and Learning Expo about the development, implementation, and administration of the BGSU Weblog and Podcast System.

Summer Session 2008

The number of online classes offered at BGSU this summer has risen due to a growing demand. With an increased enrollment of over 30% from last summer, students are staying on track- online.
