Executive Master of Organization Development

• The Executive Master of Organization Development (EMOD) is an 18-month program which accommodates the responsibilities of the non-traditional graduate student.
•  Our format provides for a convenient class schedule as instruction takes place online and in only three on-campus weekends per semester.
• Combination of course delivery via the Internet as well as face to face contact provides the best of both worlds: easy access to course material and in person interaction with faculty and classmates. 
• Online communities provide greater student and faculty contact throughout the program, which provides opportunities to build stronger relationships and networks.
