What is Quality Systems Certificate Program
The QS certificate reflects the American Society for Quality continuous improvement mission based on disciplined analysis of systems in various technical and non-technical environments. This prepares professionals in quality systems in organizations via quality engineering, services, management, training and others.

Process analysis for reduction in variation of product and process, providing high quality, consistently and without defects or errors, is the goal. This includes preparation for management and facilitation of ISO and QS 9000 standards registration and maintenance in organizations through training and management functions. This also embodies new product development and associated robust challenges that accompany launch changes in an organizational context for advanced product quality planning (APQP). Enhanced productivity and reduced costs in technical environments are also broader quality professional contexts with lean and six sigma principles integrated in courses and throughout the curriculum.
